Booking Policy

Arrival and Departure

  • Arrival time: 15:00
  • Departure time: 12:00
  • Minimum stay three (3) nights

The day of the arrival is calculated as whole as far as the lease is concerned no matter the time of the arrival.
In case the client desires a different arrival/departure time they should inform the owner at the time of their reservation or at least a week before their arrival.
The reservation is only confirmed after the client has deposited at least 25% of the total amount in the resort’s bank account.
The rest of the amount must be paid either via deposit or cash or card on the day of the arrival.
No refund is available in case the client leaves the resort before the date of departure.
The deposit in the resort’s bank account will take place after communication with the owner.
All transactions are made in Euros.

 Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation takes place 22 or more days before the date of the client’s arrival, the whole amount of the deposit will be returned to the client.
  • If cancellation takes place 14 to 21 days before the arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned to the client.
  • If cancellation takes place 13 or less days before the arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit.
  • Possible bank expenses for the refund will be charged to the client.

 General Policies

  • Children over 4 years old.
  • No pets allowed
  • No visitors who are not registered to stay in the resort
  • The parking space is strictly for the clients of the resort
  • Before their departure, the clients must give the keys to the owners
  • Minimum material damage compensation charge 100 €

Keep a copy of the reservation and an invoice from the bank deposit to be shown upon your arrival.
Making a reservation, you accept the terms of our bookings and cancellation policies.

When making a reservation you claim fully aware and compliant with the policies of the resort, reservation and cancellation policies, as well as payment and refund policies.

The cleaning of the apartment as well as the change of linen will take place after agreement among the tenants and the management on the day of arrival and it depends on the nights of the reservation.
